Where Thoughtful Medicine
Meets
True Partnership
Personalized functional medicine for adults and teens — grounded in listening, preparation, and partnership.
A different pace.
A different relationship.
I believe that true health is possible for all individuals.
I am a board-certified family medicine physician with additional training in functional medicine, offering both in-person care in Steamboat Springs and telehealth for patients in Colorado and Indiana.
At Steamboat Functional Medicine, care is intentionally unhurried, personal, and collaborative.
I work with patients who feel ready to take an active role in their health — people who want to understand what’s happening in their bodies and value having a clear, thoughtful plan. My role is to listen deeply, prepare carefully, and help make sense of complex information so we can move forward together.
This practice is designed to feel warm and welcoming, with clear structure and boundaries that allow the work we do together to remain focused, sustainable, and meaningful.
